Your First Visit
When you walk through the doors of Advanced Dentistry and Aesthetics, our friendly staff will be here to help you get the most out of your first appointment. Dr. Peterson feels that one of the most important visits to our office will be this first appointment. We set aside an hour of Dr. Peterson’s time for your initial visit. This is your opportunity to express your individual concerns, past experiences, and expectations. He will listen, review your intake forms and X-rays, conduct an extensive exam, and take time to explain findings and treatment options.
Our office is designed to ensure you’re comfortable throughout your appointment. Some of the amenities we offer are pillows, drinks, video glasses, snacks, and blankets. You will feel welcome and cozy in our office. You can expect your first visit to be very different and much more comprehensive than you have ever experienced in other dental offices!
Expectation for your Initial visit:
- Thorough screening and questionnaires
- CBCT X-ray with review and radiology report
- Full comprehensive exam: Oral and gum health, oral cancer screening, head and neck pain evaluation, joint health exam, airway evaluation with sleep apnea screening, cosmetic evaluation

Financial Policy
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (435) 658-0678. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your insurance company does not respond within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has been paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
