Microneedling
Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that uses tiny needles to create micro-wounds in the skin. These micro wounds increase the production of collagen and elastin which improves the appearance of skin texture, reduces the appearance of scars, and rejuvenates the skin.
Not only can microneedling reduce the appearance of scars, hyperpigmentation, dark spots, fine lines, and enlarged pores, but it can help even out overall skin tone, improve skin elasticity, and promote hair growth!
This safe and effective procedure comes with minimal risks such as skin irritation, swelling, and bruising. The number of microneedling sessions needed to see results varies depending on the patient and the severity of the skin concerns being treated.
Any temporary side effects, such as redness, swelling, and bruising typically subside within a few days.

Microneedling with PRF
- Along with our microneedling procedures, we offer the addition of PRF to increase results.
- Instead of using skincare serums as we do with regular microneedling, we draw your blood, spin it in our horizontal centrifuge, and create a PRF serum to microneedle with.
- PRF is a concentrated form of platelets that are suspended in a fibrin matrix. Platelets contain growth factors that promote healing and cell regeneration.
- Using PRF creates a shorter healing process and stimulates a better collagen and elastin production response.
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels are a cosmetic procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to remove the top layer of skin. This can help to improve the appearance of the skin by reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, age spots, and other skin blemishes.
Chemical peels vary in depth, but most of the peels we offer remove only the outermost layer of skin, the epidermis. This type of peel is used to treat superficial skin problems, such as sun damage, acne, age spots, and fine lines.
The depth of the peel will determine the amount of downtime required. As with any cosmetic procedure, it is extremely important to have a good pre and post treatment skin care routine to decrease the chance of any risks such as infection, hypopigmentation, and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Every chemical peel at Advanced Dentistry & Aesthetics is specifically chosen for your desired skincare goals.
Customized Facials
A customized facial is tailored to each individual person’s skin type and concerns. Any of the products and techniques chosen to be used in the facial will be specific to your personal needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
Customized facials can be a great way to address specific skin concerns while still providing a relaxing and pampering experience. We include a variety of massage techniques and other relaxing treatments that can help to reduce stress and improve overall well-being.
To begin this facial, we will assess your skin type and concerns. Once the evaluation has been completed, we will choose products and techniques that are specifically designed to address your concerns.
Techniques such as massage, exfoliation, and extractions will help to improve the circulation and blood flow to the skin, which can help to promote healing and cell renewal.
If you are looking for a facial that is tailored to your individual needs, a customized facial may be the right option for you.
Because these facials can help clear clogged pores, hydrate the skin, reduce redness, and remove dead skin cells, you will leave your skin looking and feeling cleaner, younger, and softer.
PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin)
While you have probably heard of the use of PRP in the aesthetics field, PRF has been talked about less. PRF is a form of platelet-rich plasma that has been labeled the second generation (PRP).
Although PRF is used to address many of the same issues as PRP, PRF releases growth factors at a slower rate and thus for much longer than PRP. This is important to note, because the higher concentration of white blood cell growth factors is what does a more powerful job of stimulating collagen and elastin production in the skin.
Another positive of using PRF compared to PRP is that there are no additives in the tubes that PRF is spun in. We love that the treatments we can provide with PRF are completely natural and extremely versatile.
PRF can be used in conjunction with microneedling, to restore facial volume loss, to rejuvenate dark circles and loose skin, to help with thinning hair, and much more.
