Award Winning Cosmetic Dentist

Every year hundreds of the best and highest trained cosmetic and full mouth reconstruction specialists from around the world gather for a three-day conference of the IAPA (International Association of Physiologic Aesthetics).
Every year there is a contest involving 4 categories, judged by the 9-10 board member of the IAPA. Categories include 1.) Anterior Aesthetics, 2.) Full Arch/Full Mouth Aesthetics, 3.)Glamour Portraits, and 4.)Anterior Single Tooth Match.
Upon arrival at the conference, the winning dentists find their cases displayed with blue ribbons and cash prizes. Over the next three days of the conference, all of the attending doctors vote on their favorite of the four winners, not knowing who the treating doctors were. At the last meeting of the conference, the cases are shared and the “People’s Choice Award” winner is announced.
In October of 2017, Dr. Paul Peterson decided it was time to put his work to the test. He entered the second category with one of his Full Mouth Reconstruction patients. He was honored to find that not only did the board select him as the category winner, but his fellow cosmetic dentists voted his work the best of the winners!
